This is the nicest and simplest way to showcase your best olive oil and spring and summer vegetables.

Prepare a platter of the freshest vegetables cut into strips (peppers, carrots, cucumber, fennel, broccoli, radishes, cauliflower, green beans, asparagus)

Place some freshly ground pepper and the best sea salt you have on a plate. Drizzle some olive oil over and let guests dip vegetables into the mixture. (You can also pre-mix the oil, salt and pepper into little glass dishes or ramekins if you wish)
