San Francisco was the home of the Winter Fancy Food Show this month.
More than 80,000 products were showcased at the Moscone Centre.
Jill spent 4 days touring the area including a visit to the historic Ferry Building which houses a wide variety of food businesses.
Some of the trends identified at this show include gluten-free products, citrus products, lots of new grain products and a variety of foods that are considered “good for you”.
