This year we are excited to be hosting two Wine and Food Pairing Seminars in the Tasting Room. Jill will be sampling a few of her favourite appetizers that will be paired with several wines. Sommelier and Jill’s Table Instructor Christie Pollard will be joining Jill and sharing her food and wine pairing expertise.

Seminar Times :Friday January 19th @ 6:30
Saturday January 20th @ 7:30

Each seminar runs 30 to 45 minutes. They are free to attend and are booked on a first come first serve basis so get there early to ensure your spot.


Join Jill for a Live Cooking Demo!

Jill will be taking the main stage Saturday January 20th for a live cooking demo. She’ll whip up a quick soup which you can sample and make sure you put your name in the draw. At the end of the demo Jill will be giving away her favourite soup pot, an 8qt All-Clad Brushed Stainless Steel Soup Pot valued at $460.00 along with her latest cookbook, Soups, Stews & Breads!
